Pure Awareness

No one can take away from us our awareness of whatever arises in the present moment.
Life can be lived only in the present.

Time is perceived as illusive, elastic, and therefore changeable, even though we always think about time as certain numbers or quantity.

How we relate to the present moment determine how much time we have in our life. So it’s not about the number of how many minutes we have within an hour, but how fully engaged we are with the present moment.
